I've been taking vitamins most of my life and have tried a number of different ones. I just recently switched to this particular product because of the value for the money. This vitamin is potent, and has dramatically improved my wellbeing. I generally do not get enough nutrition through my food consumption so I typically augment my diet with supplements. In less than a week after I switched to this product I began feeling improvements in everything from my energy levels, to my mental focus and sexual performance. I ended up going on a road trip soon after switching and found that even after hours and hours of driving I felt noticeably great and I knew it was because of this product.The downside is these smell and taste absolutely awful. But I found ways to not notice it as much, like downing them with flavored water, milk, or protein shakes. Its not as bad if you take it with something that can conceal the taste.Having taken vitamins most of my life, I would contribute them to the reason I have never had any health issues (knock on wood), and i'm close to 40. I am a firm believer that multi-vitamins are good for folks who are missing nutrients in their diet, and these are among the best value for the money.

Has everything ya need just like a homeless shelter (including the smell, this stuff stinks!) The lil bit of cyanocobalamin B12(cyanide) is concerning.....but.... lets be honest, we've ingested worse willingly.

Missing a day is noticeable, so is switching to a different brand. I can’t do either anymore because I feel great when I take these. The vitamin content and quality is easy to notice. Although they are a little bit, they are not that hard to swallow.

I'm currently 37 years old and started taking these vitamins, feel better. Highly recommend. Not very tasty though.

These seem to be a decently priced multi. I notice they digest well and don’t turn my pee bright yellow, so I think it’s a good product. However, anywhere you carry these, other than in the bottle, they will make smell like pee. Seriously, I’ve taken supplements, protein powders, drinks, etc; for years, and I’ve never had anything that not only smells this strong, but also makes the area around it smell pervasively like urine. I tend to put my pills in an organizer and keep it in my counter in the bathroom. I kept thinking someone was peeing on the floor. Finally realized it’s the pills. Put the medicine sorter in my car and people started asking me if an animal had been trapped inside. The smell seems to stay in the bottle if you keep them in the bottle, but if you put them in an organizer or a ziplock to take with you, the entire room or area you keep them in will smell like pee. Just making you aware. I discounted the other comments. They were right.
