ふわとろオムライスの上達はするけど

野菜炒め・肉・目玉焼きなどを焼くと油を多めにしないとすぐにくっつく。

さすが専用フライパン！
これまで数多くのフライパンでオムレツを作ってきましたが、これが一番使いやすく、綺麗に作れました。テフロン加工もしっかり効いていて、出来上がったあとは、滑るようにオムレツをお皿に移すこともできます。

オムレツを作るという用途に関しては、申し分ないと思います。形を整えたり、ひっくり返すには使い勝手がいいと思います。逆に言うとオムレツ以外の用途が見出せないところではあります。
