Writing after setting this up after 3-4days. Manufacturing was of Mar this year (2M old). It was very easy to set up, just added it in between the adapter and router. Started working without any issues with my TPLink 12V/1A router. Tried switching off electricity and it worked without any issue for 2 Hours as expected, no interruptions.Good, acceptable product quality. I find it value for money.Something to improve: I would have been happy if it could at least show some indication that it is charging, has finished charging, is on battery by at least blinking the one light it has. Even some cheaper power banks can do this.

I had purchased 4 UPS for my office, one for my Wi-Fi and another 3 for biometric machines .. out of these 4 one had a backup issue which we reported to Oakter manufacturer .. The return policy wasn’t applicable from Amazon as it was more than one month but the Oakter team immediately acted on our issues and have sent a new UPS as a replacement for the non working one.. I must say that we buy many products on Amazon but their after service is not as great as this provider did for us.. Excellent support and I would be recommending your products to all my knowns. It did not even work for a month! Even though there is a one year warranty there is no way to get any support through Amazon. My previous one from a different one lasted one and half year but this one not even two months

Good product for wifi backup for work from home requirement. if someone face frequent power cut then this product is good as it provide seamless and continuous wifi with no power cut issue. The customer support is good. Initially I received a damage product and when I contacted the customer care they arranged the replacement. cost effective also as its very mini and can be placed and installed with no difficulty.

With a backup of 2 hours for your router, I would like to start by saying that this is the best product I have found. Since I bought this UPS, it has worked seamlessly. Whenever the power goes out, it automatically switches to the UPS, and I don't even notice when the electricity comes back on.Additionally, the backup power it provides is very good. This product is not only nice but also easy to install. You can simply plug it in and forget about it, making it a worthwhile one-time investment.

I faced issue with backup time considerably less to what it supposed to be, 8hrs. Reached customer support who VERY promptly worked with me and now my replacement on it's way. Though disappointed initially but happy now and wish this one works lasts long enough.

Good product, a power input supply indicator from main source is a must have for this. Currently we cannot know if the main supply is on or not...
