Great With Meshtastic Fancy UI
So nice not having to drag a mesh node and a phone around, keeping them both charged and connected to each other.I get about a day's use out of the internal battery.Fancy Meshtastic UI installed by using the old school Konami cheat code keyboard entry whilst in the mesh flasher.Ringtone selection, no map installed. Map is available for download, but zoom isn't like on a smartphone. Takes a micro SD card. I threw one in I had laying around. Haven't used the card for anything yet. Keyboard and trackball is old school blackberry style. I wear artificial finger nails and it gets difficult to type on at times. Girls, file down your thumb nails so typing is easier. No auto correct, you can tap on the screen to place cursor to correct misspelling. Keyboard light has to be manually turned on

Communication when it all hits the fan
Really good meshtastic device easy to flash the firmware and get it working on the app for Bluetooth communication in case of emergencies there’s a established network in Southern California

Very good product.
Very good. There’s just not very many nodes in my area.

Great out of the box…included GPS module is ok. Everything else rocks!
I bought this when it first came out. Built solid, easy to take apart for upgrades and what not. There are 2 semi-cut holes on top if you decide to add an external antenna, which is nice.I’ve been running version 2.6 (the gui version) and I must say I’m actually impressed on how well it works. The touch screen works way better than expected. Battery life is ok but that’s an easy upgrade. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the gps. It honestly kind of sucks. I have another one that I added the gps module to and it’s night and day. If you don’t have a 3d printer to print the case and/or know how to solder, it’s probably more economical to buy this one. I like their products, I have 3 other Lora devices from them

Solid Upgrade
The T-Deck Plus arrived on time and was well-packaged. Flashing the Fancy UI went smoothly with no issues at all. I upgraded the antenna and had a chance to look inside. The board design is different from my other two T-Decks (non-Plus), which has me curious about fitting a custom case. Overall, it seems like a solid upgrade. The case that comes with it is actually pretty sleek and I might just keep it as is. I would recommend, but do some homework before just jumping in...

Works well
Does the job for what it is. I’m still learning more of its capabilities. No issues so far for Meshtatstic.

Working great! Good price for this product.
I am really impressed with this all in one meshtastic product. No need to have your phone to use the mesh. I find the "fancy" software much better than the standard as it takes advantage of the capabilities of the product.
