Thorougly scratched up and dirty but flap is working so keeping it..

Ordered this item. When it arrived it came without the lid. When I tried to exchange it, the delivery person came with the new one but didn't deliver it saying that you have to book complaint and after that you will be able to get a new one. Even the quality was poor and size is small.

It's a very good and useful product.. it's very sturdy and strong , it fits perfectly in my car's cup holder.. packaging was also very very good .. TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY , I WILL FULLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO BUY THIS .
