Was looking for wireless android auto connection for my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid that would fit in my tray and allow the cover to close. SuccessHad trouble connecting device, but Willow in tech support was very helpful is working through the issue which was related to Firmware update Provided clear step by step instructions on how to perform the update. Response took one day after emailing. Love how small the dongle is and fits perfectly behind the tray door.

It was a pain in the butt to update and get set up. I had to use a combination of the instructions and trial and error to get it working (plus asking ChatGPT for advice a time or two) but once I got it working, it's been super solid. The only time I have trouble is occasionally when I'm in and out of the car quickly and shut off the engine. For example, if I park in front of a gas station, run inside to buy something real quick, and then come back out to my car I get an error message when I start the car, saying an Android Auto device isn't connected. The only way I can find to remedy this is by unplugging the dongle for about five minutes and then plugging it back in. But typically (more than 9 times out of 10) it connects very quickly and works excellent. Despite the setup challenges I would buy again and recommend to my friends.

Android Auto plug & play device. Works well for the most part. Once in a while it doesn't connect to my phone so I just pull it out & plug it back in and it works. Still way better than using a usb cable. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have one like it in another car
