Great taste, worth a try.
First attempt at a smoked brisket, Texas style.Small join compared to what the American’s do. Turned out ok, a bit dry. I think I let the BBQ get too hot.

Four lzrge pots of flavours that will enhance the plain taste of regular meat.
Four large containers , each containing a different seasoning mix. I bought it as I was experimenting with a breakfast toasting machine that I was usi g to replicate the McMuffin with egg. All was working but our bugers lacked taste ie they were too plain,Usi g these however ai have to say that whilst not identical to the McMuffin they have certainly 'zinged' up the plain burgers. Looking forward to trying with a joint in the future as the flavours are good.
