I was recommended this product by a friend of mine who is extremely into fitness and nutrition. He watches everything that goes into every product he puts in his body. Literally since like the first time I took this I’ve been sleeping through the night and deeper than ever, I am having dreams again, which I never have because I never feel like I’m in a deep sleep. It's a good product and i've been taking it for over 5 months, but I took 3 (which is the amount per serving) and thought I was going to OD. Seriously, I threw up 1.5 b/c I felt like I was going to pass out. Now i only take 1 and it works great. Maybe it's just so potent, which it's supposed to be. But i would be careful how much you take.

My husband continues to order and use this supplement for several months and he says he wouldn't continue to order it if it didn't do exactly what he needs it to. So, there's your stellar review!

My leg cramps have diminished and I rest better at night. Works for me 75 years old. Just using one about 2 hours before bedtime. Will increase to 2 tabs if I need it. I am happy!

I started taking magnesium to ease muscle cramps at night. An off-the-shelf brand worked great. After seeing an advertisement for Ocean, I decided to try it in case their claim that store brands contain heavy metals is accurate. I have finished my first bottle, and my leg cramps returned while I used this brand. I will do more research into their claims about the health risks of store brands. However, experience has taught me to be skeptical of such claims. It's usually a marketing ploy, not science.

These capsules are a nice size so are easy to swallow. The other magnesium I was taking, stll gave me morning leg cramps. Since I switched to this brand, no more leg cramps and I am sleeping better. This is a great product. A little expensive so look for sales.
