Used this once so far. I didn’t use it to smash the burgers I use a plate with a rim but when it came to turning the burgers this worked great. The sharpness doesn’t leave any char on the griddle and the rigidity allows for you to push down pretty hard without permanently bending it. Maybe not as thick as I thought it would be but it seems adequate.

Cleans grill service well and works well for cooking, flipping burgers etc.

I use this tool everyday in my food truck.Is it better than my home depot scraper? NO!!!!But it is a little wider, and I personally like that. Burgers are flipped easier.So 5 stars to this guy!!!!

This blade/flipper/scraper is perfect for flipping burgers on a griddle, (Blackstone, large cast iron pans, etc.), and in my humble opinion, the best tool for keeping the char of a smash burger intact with the patty on that initial flip. Upon close inspection, the center one inch was warped slightly. This causes uneven pressure along the edge making it unusable for a griddle surface…unless you want to damage your griddle, and/or other cooking surfaces. Not all items will be perfect, so I ordered another. Same issue. I am returning one; I waited too long to report the first one so that’s on me. BTW…I reached out to both manufacturer and amazon seller (via email and feedback, respectively) and received no response.
