Great little camera, wifi/bluetooth feature is a game changer.
I really love these little cameras. I’ve been using them for 3 months. I bought them for wildlife viewing in my yard and wooded lot. I originally purchased two. I liked them so much I have purchased two additional ones and am considering another couple.I am so pleased to have them wifi/bluetooth capable. No more going out in all kinds of weather to get the sd card to view the images. I can just sit inside drinking my coffee in the morning and look at what critters visited my yard. Very fun.The wifi range has been great for mine. Two of them with unobstructed views get better range than what is quoted. I did find with one down a slope and more obstructions (deck & steps) it can be finicky with connections at slightly less than the quoted range but that seemed reasonable to me.The battery life after charging seemed very good without the solar panel. It is even better with it. I admit I didn’t think such a little solar panel was going to work that well but it keeps them @ 100% consistently. I thought there would be too much shade for one of the cameras but so far even the little bit of sun keeps it charged.Picture quality is good for this little camera in daylight. At night the visibility range isn’t as good. the nightlight must not be very powerful but closer up it is fine (so okay to ~15-18ft).The motion sensor is nicely sensitive for wildlife. It can even pick up mice scooting around. In fact it helped me figure out how some mice were squeezing into a spot to get into my shed! Now I’ve got that plugged, thanks Assark camera.I’ve found the Trail Cam Go app easy to use for adjusting the camera settings, viewing, downloading or deleting videos. If I could give them 4 1/2 stars I might do that because there are a couple of small things I don’t like.I like to use my ipad to view the videos. Not all aspects of the app are set up to view in landscape mode so I have to keep switching my ipad from portrait to landscape as I navigate through to find the images I want to view then to watch them. If I have my ipad in landscape mode It would be way better if every page in the app could be viewed in landscape mode. The rubber cover on the bottom for the controls and plug is all one piece. So if you have the solar panel plugged in it is harder to get the other controls covered to protect them. The trigger speed for the camera is not super fast. Depending on where I have the camera positioned it might catch just the tail end of an animal if it is running. I found I could move the camera further away from pathway to get better views. All in all a fabulous little camera for wildlife viewing (people too).

Fantastic camera and customer service
Very happy with my purchase! This camera is awesome and simple to use! Also great customer service! I accidentally threw the instructions in the garbage so I contacted them. I received a long personally written response telling me exactly what to do! I’ve never ever had such good customer service!Very reasonable price for such a good quality trail cam! The first live action were some blue jays, but it picked up their movement quickly and the video, which I’ve deleted by mistake, was very clear and I could hear the jay fussing. That night I set it up where I feed stray cats and the camera picked up on their movements and made really clear pictures.I moved the camera deeper into the woods where feral hogs and am excited to see what it picks up

Good little trail cam
Overall, the camera works well.PRO:The solar panel maintains the unit very well. The app is easy to use.The picture quality is above average.Like the compact size.CON:the image size for a given distance is a little smaller than other trail cameras I have. The mounting base for the solar panel could be a little more robust.Overall, it is a good product. I would buy it again.

Very nice trail camera
The Assark trail camera is a highly effective solar-powered trail camera, ideal for eco-friendly wildlife monitoring. Its integrated solar panel ensures long-term operation with minimal maintenance, backed by a reliable for low-light conditions. The camera delivers sharp 48mp photos and video, with solid daytime clarity and decent night vision up to 65 feet. Setup is user-friendly, though the mounting bracket could be sturdier. Trigger speed (0.2s) and 120° detection angle capture most movement, but high-resolution settings demand large SD cards, and dense vegetation may cause false triggers. Despite minor drawbacks, its durability, sustainability, and performance make it a top choice for remote surveillance. **Rating: 4.5/5**.

Works as you would expect and only sometimes get.
I provide here a review of the …. NOTE this is a preliminary review after only one week of operation placed in a temporary location as it is too *&$$! Cold to mount in the tree:, AND it was given free in lieu of me providing a review.I now give it five stars. I have no reason to give less. Months from now I will update.I was impressed (initially) that right after purchase I got an email from the company about specific instructions. I now know why (my opinion). It appears that due to early poor ratings they upgraded the system (again my opinion).I spent time trying to find where I insert my WiFi info?… then I went back to the email. See below.PH960W WiFi trail camera utilizes its own built-in WiFi and Bluetooth modules. The camera don't/can't connect to your home WiFi but creates its own WiFinetwork.Whatever that is?And then to test the “support” they tout, I asked about the WiFi issue- within a day I received a response to confirm my above. I get from that, they are trying.I have mounted the solar panel in a temporary location and it has sustained the camera. I have seen several captures of the local %$&**! squirrels chowing down on the bird seed from about 20 feet. So, it seems to be sensitive to small objects. .and provides a decent image. From inside my family room , about 35 feet, I can connect to the unit and view captures or adjust settings. One week in the life of a Trail Cam is just a blink of the Eye.I hope to mount in my White Pine to observe my newly installed Owl House – should I actually get a resident – they don’t re-nest till spring.Butt then … there are the TARIFFS that folks voted for!?
