I typically put this in my 32oz water bottle at lunch. I prepped it as usual and then I had an exceptionally busy afternoon and skipped eating, but was obviously still thirsty throughout the afternoon. Mindlessly drinking from my bottle on an empty belly — I ended up getting sick! Very briefly, but an unpleasant experience nonetheless.It says you can take it straight but after my experience I would absolutely recommend dilution of this product + highly encourage the user to at minimum eat a snack or two — but preferably a meal!Completely my fault, so is the fact that I’m inconsistent about remembering to add it to my water. Otherwise this is a great trace minerals supplement.

I was concerned about not getting iodine in drinking water since we use a r/o water filter. My endocrine function has gotten better since I started taking. Because I am allergic to sulfa drugs I chose this brand— it doesn’t list sulfur in the ingredients, unlike most others on Amz.

I like this product. I use it to remineralize my reverse osmosis water. I've tried trace minerals, and mayu previously and this is comparable with those products. Dosage is always a little confusing with these products. I see alot of these reviews saying that the drops taste bad. I think that's because people are using a serving of drops (2mL) in indiscriminate amounts of water. I couldn't find clear dosing instructions on the bottle or website so I emailed customer service. Their instructions were "We recommend putting 1ml in 24-32 ounces of water." People may consider asking if there is a 2mL maximum dose per day. Taking too many minerals is a health concern. There are DRAs for alot of these minerals. If you follow the dosing instructions you should not experience any foul taste. I hope this helps!

I bought one of those zero water pitchers. They really work, but they take out all the good minerals along with the bad. This is just what I was looking for. An easy way to turn distilled/RO water into a healthier “spring” water.
