I purchased a PC ,recently had a negative experience with company Product encountering some technical issues with the PC, I reached out customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. However, I have found the process to be extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Despite providing all necessary information and documentation, leaving me without a functional computer . The media could not be loaded. Best product in this price. No hang, 16gb Ram, 500gb ssd . Good quality. But rbg light is not working . Overall good performance.
