Satisfied
A good size and powerful. Mostly used for blending frozen fruit/smoothies. Blends things like chia seeds/flaxseeds in a smoothie well. Easy to clean and seems robust. Handy grippy base so it doesn't need to be held while in use. Would definitely recommend.

Shocking customer service
Blender isn't blending frozen fruit, which it clearly describes, hence why I bought it. I sent it back for repair as part of plastic is broken off & they sent it back saying there was nothing wrong with it, didn't replace it! The piece of plastic i am speaking of is the plastic that is needed to lock and twist in order for blender to blend. Now it just turns around, not blending. Terrible customer service!

Sturdy Powerful Blend almost anything
Well built, enough power to crush anything, hard plastic big jar. Best are the blades and Pro blending technology. Cons: It should have a switch to operate the machine, the rotate and click option is sudden and may not last long. Operating directly from power switch may also be not a good idea.
