What I like about this product is that it comes with a app, And if you don’t want to use the app on your phone to control the Smart plugs there is also a button on the side of them that you press that will turn on your lights. The price was great, easy installation, love that I got a pack of four, good quality, I use it on a dimming lamp and a rock salt lamp that dims as well. The performance is better than I expected, and I would highly recommend this product!

Just a note: Make sure you have 2.4 Ghz wireless! These are easy to set up - even with my dual-band router. You must have the Nooie app, but the instructions are clear about this part of the connectivity process. It takes about 2 minutes per plug to set up. I've not had any problems with them.

I’ve filled my house with these. Easy to set up, the app allows you to create schedules. If the light is on during the scheduled time but you want to turn it off, you can in the app, and then the next day, it will automatically stay on the schedule and turn back on.There is also a side button that you can click to turn it on and off manually. I mainly use them for my grow lights so my plants are getting the perfect amount of light. I also use it for Scentsy warmers.

Says it works with alexa but I had to set up with their own app first. Works fine after that

While technically "compatible" with alexa (the reason I purchased this brand), the device constantly becomes unresponsive to alexa and has to be setup again and again and again. I controlled it with the nooie app initially. By the time I connected it to alexa, unfortunately, the return window had passed. It works fine with alexa until it doesn't. Then you have set it up all over again. I have to do this at least once a week, sometimes more. It makes it not worth the trouble. However, it always works with the nooie app even when it becomes unresponsive to alexa. So, if plan on just using the nooie to control it you will be fine. Not so much if you plan to use alexa. Since I can't return it now, I guess I will donate it to Goodwill and consider another brand.

If you already have smart technology in your home. If you've already set up plugs, switches and so on, and you've already had experience with those apps and those types of apps, then this would give you a five star. I read in the description that these will work with both Alexa and Google. And that you can use the Smart Life app. I already have the app. I'm already running smart technology via the Smart Life app. So all I did was plug in, open the app. The app said it found a new device. I followed what to do next & in less than 60 seconds I was set up and ready to go. I named the plug & I'm in business.Why the 3 stars? The four plugs come in a singular box with no paperwork. No instructions. No nothing. If I didn't already have knowledge and understanding of how to set smart plugs up, I would be confused. No wonder it says it's a frequently returned item. Most people would get this and open the box and not know what to do with themselves. If you were one of those people and you're reading this review, go to your App Store and get the Smart Life app. Follow the instructions and you will be doing just fine. I have smart technology through several apps. They are all generally the same. It's nice when you don't have to get a new app and a lot of devices use Smart Life. So this is nice. I can't speak to how well or long these work as I literally just set 1 up. But I've never had any smart plugs die on me except for the actual Amazon Alexa one. That thing was garbage. Huge and bulky too.
