I've been using the WHOOP 4.0 for a while now, and it has been an absolute game-changer, especially for someone like me who suffers from sleep apnea. Just got the delivery and i followed the detailed instructions, here what is happened. Appreciate if tge seller can reply point by point1- i charged the battery pack till light is green, once i plug it on strap to charge, the light was red (never being green) which means battery is empty2- battery charged the strap till 90% only and didnt charge anymore3- since 12 hours im trying to update the firmware and i read all support silly documents and till now the firmware update always failing4- i installed the battery pack updater on laptop and i plug the battery directly to usb.4.a- the firmware up to date button is off cant be used4.b- although the battery percentage appear and although the charging is extremely slow, the charging indicator will not be updated unless you run diagnostics.With all my respect. This product didnt pass the basic quality control (the abc). With such product, the consumer should not google things to fix just brand bew product.5- i applied a request and waiting support reply, i hope they will not route me to read support documents6- no support chating system7- im giving sometime for things to be fixed else i'll return the item and never think about it again8- please please please respect the consumers, do correct QC on your products, dont use people to find the bugs and you fix it after9- for battery if it only charge one time, definitely ill return this product.

The best fitness and health tracker. Can be worn 24/7, easy to wash, great metrics, accurate tracking, can share stats with friends, can join family memberships. It’s a necessity if you want to keep track of your health journey.

It will ask you for card details, but no need to worry, they won’t charge you money again, 12 months are prepaid and included with the product.Whoop 4.0 has really helped me understand how much sleep I am actually getting and how much I should be getting. If you have sleep issues this could really be insightful.

I have had a Fitbit for a while while, avdcwabted to upgrade, after positive reviews I have heard about Whoop. My experience outline is below:- very quick arrival, very straightforward setup- the strap is not particularly pleasant on the skin, if one is never to take it off, but that's not a big deal, I got used to it in a few days- I had Whoop for 10 days. In that time , it never, ever, showed me even close to what I slept. Never showed more than 2.5 hours. It did not detect when I went to sleep, and did not detect when I woke up properly.- aside from that, it detected 130 heart rate when I was sitting still, and 65 when I was in the gym- i tried adjusting, tightening the strap, lower higher, nothing worked. Just random data coming out- I wrote to support twice: once after 4 days, and then immediately after support responded. Both times, it took 3 days for someone to respond to me- The first time, nothing constructive was said. The second time, when I said I am returning the product if there is no help, I was asked to take pictures of my srn, wrist, with and without whoop, with belief they identified the issue and wanted to verify.- My Fitbit may have problems, but never registering data and knowing when I am moving, abdcwgen I am not- I am basically being asked to do QA while paying for Whoop product AND a monthly fee- also, App interface is very busy, and I have to rotate the phone to access some functionality, which is as basic as drilling into sleep data

It was working fine until having The threads on the fabric watch strap are coming loose
