Overall, very happy with the function of the device.However upon taking out the mouthpiece for the first time to clean it, it was impossible to re-insert it with the o-ring attached. It is only barely possible to get it back in without the o-ring, it seems the manufacture of the silicone is defective.Using the mouthpiece without the o-ring results in a strong smell seeping into the silicone in the area around where the mouthpiece is inserted which is extremely difficult to remove.Returning the product for a replacement. Otherwise it works pretty well.A 22650 battery option (along with adapter to use 18650s) would be better.

Great vape use it every day. The lid is a bit fragile and not covered by manufacturer's warranty so be careful. I really like that it comes with dosing capsule, makes it much easier to clean. For heavy use I would recommend getting a second battery and a separate charger pack.

Very happy with the vape unfortunately it developed an electrical fault after about 6 months of use. Despite it having a 12 month warranty vapourizor depot refused to honour it and blamed me for the fault. Would recommend the vape (despite developing a fault that I was advised off another supplier would be covered under warranty) but avoid the seller at all costs and spend your money elsewhere!!!!

This device has the same size battery as my previous vaporiser but does 49 min session easy where the old would do 2. Has a nice little display and is easily cleaned. Has three session times and is switchable betwee Celsius and fareignheghVery happy 😊

Good item, easy to use, but needs cleaned regularly nice size and heats up quickly. Just expect to clean this daily

I've had a few v3 Starry's and recently bought the v4. The body of the unit is a step forward; the power button and controls are better, and the battery door has been improved. The mouthpeice however is a definite step backwards. The ceramic filter part is ridiculously fragile - I've had the unit about a month and have broken 2 of them already (and you cant get them through amazon). The magnet is not as strong making it too easy to knock out of place. If I could put the old top on the new body I'd be very happy, but it seems you cant
