Amazing customer service
I purchased the Agaro Vintage Kettle and used it for a year without any issues. The only challenge I faced was limescaling, which is expected due to hard water and not a fault of the product. Despite trying the usual baking soda and vinegar method, the limescaling didn’t go away.Since the kettle was still under warranty, I reached out to Agaro’s customer service team. To my surprise, they arranged a pickup, thoroughly cleaned and repaired the kettle, and returned it within a week—all hassle-free! A special mention to Upasana from the customer care team, who was extremely responsive, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the process.I did not expect such exemplary service from Agaro, and I’m highly impressed. It's Amazing
It is exactly how it looks like and have been using it for over 2 months now and it works perfectly. The cover could've been placed a little better as the hot steam hits your hand if you don't hold the edge of the handle while opening the cover, but otherwise very good.
