Extreme comfort
This is easily the most comfortable camera strap I have ever used. I have never skimped on straps, thinking that if we are spending so much money on a camera, it is worth investing in a secure and comfortable strap. I have owned many straps of various designs over the years and recently thought I would give the quirky PGYTECH Air a go and was very impressed, however, I often use a telephoto prime on my Nikon D850 ( approx 2 kg ) and for extended trips I felt I needed something else with a bit more padding. It made sense to try the regular PGYTECH since the connectors will allow me to swap straps as needed with other camera bodies.I was not disappointed. The padding is excellent and extremely comfortable. Reminds me of a Lowepro Voyager I had many years ago and while good for comfort it did not grip well and had a tendency to slip when wearing synthetic fabrics No such problem with the PGYTECH. It grips nicely on all fabrics. Although, not something I do for any length of time, it is also comfortable when wearing around the neck. Few straps are. Unlike the traditional 'seat-belt' straps, the edges do not rub against the skin. The quick release mechanism is excellent and easy to attach and re-attach the anchors, even one handed. Additionally, with the bead design, they are free to rotate, unlike the PD anchors so this means the strap is far less likely to become twisted. I also like that the strap is narrower below the padding unlike the ungainly design of the PD strap. It comes with a pair of spare anchors and these can also be purchased seperately. You also get a good qulaity QR plate with attachment points if you favour the vlogger-trendy style with one anchor attached to the camera underside. In terms of longevity, my older Air strap is still not showing any signs of wear so I cannot comment on how long the anchors last but I suspect it is a considerable amount of time. The anchor cord is smoother than the PD equivalent and possibly less likely to be susceptible to abrasion. The length adjusters are very easy to use and glide effortlessly. I have not noticed and slippage either. If I could find any niggle it is the use of metal parts, since these put the camera and its screen at risk from scrathicng but it only appears on the buckles and is neatly recessed so I don't forsee any issues, unlike PD with their buckle locks and exposed metal springs on the anchor attachments. In terms of value, this is a high quality strap at around half the price of the main rival, and a superior product in my opinion. I had no objection to paying more for a good strap so being competitively priced was a bonus. This is certainly not a low budget compromise and having no brand loyalty or budgetery restraints , I was free to select the best strap for the job.I can thoroughly recommend this strap to anyone seeking maximum comfort when toting a heavy camera for extended periods. That being said, I don't feel it is too bulky for a smaller or lighter camera but there are less expensive, low profile altrenatives. For example, I'll now be be using the Air strap for my F100, or even on the D850 when using a small lens.In short, a reasonably priced high quality strap, that is secure, comfortable and with a quick and convenient attachment system.

Excellent camera strap
I like to have my camera diagonally across my body and this strap lies comfortably near my hip on its shortest setting, (I'm 5'3"). The fittings are simple to engage/disengage - really secure. The strap is comfortably padded over the shoulder area. It might seem like a lot of money for a strap but I feel that my camera and lenses are worth this investment.

Very comfortable, great quick release, includes arca swiss!
Very comfortable 40mm shoulder strap that slims down so it won't get in the way of your hands unlike peak design. I carry my 1.8kg gear easily by mounting using the included arca swiss plate as a connection point, it can definitely carry more weight. The quick release mechanism is better than PD as it can rotate 360°. Shoulder area has a sticky and slippery side with soft edges too so it doesn't dig into my shoulder and a non thin t shirt can alleviate pretty much all shoulder/neck rubbing. Great value too! I also tried the Retro Air version which is equally practical and more stylish but the shoulder strap is less wide and I'd feel 1.8kg is a bit too heavy for multiple hours.Improvement suggestion: The images are a bit misleading as the colour grading makes it hard to judge the strap colours- the one image showing four straps of every color is the only accurate one: strong blue, army green, typical/slightly glossy synthetic black, haven't seen grey/silver irl.The colours could be better:Black ✅Army green ✅Sage green (suggestion)Slate grey/blue (suggestion)Burgundy red (suggestion)

Not as good as I was hoping - no magnets!
I had read and seen loads of reviews of this strap, along with other straps, and one of the main factors of me choosing this one was that when you unclip the camera from the strap, there are small magnets in each end of the strap so they stick together saving the strap from sliding off your shoulders. Unfortunately they've changed the strap and no longer have the magnets - apparently to avoid potential issues with the magnet affecting your camera. Modern cameras would be fine with this, but I get that they wouldn't want to take the risk. However, I've since bought the wrist strap, which has the magnet in it, despite there being no purpose to it whatsoever, so I don't really understand what's going on. To be fair, I don't think the magnets are mentioned in this page, so I should have double checked, it's just that the magnets were the one stand out feature of this strap so have been mentioned a LOT in other reviews. Anyway, that aside, it's a good strap. Very comfortable with thick padding. There's a 'grippy' side to the strap to keep it in place against your clothes and stop it slipping or a smooth side allowing you to keep the camera down by your side and then slide it up to use - I favour this method, and as a fairly big bloke (6'2" 19st) I'm impressed that the strap's long enough for me to do this (it's not usually the case!). The clips are really good, and interchangeable with other pgytech straps, so it's easy for me to unclip with just one hand and attach the wrist strap and vice versa. All in all, it's a really good strap. I'm happy with it, and can easily give it 4 stars - the magnets would have made it 5 though, and to be honest, without the magnets, it's basically a very similar strap to about 4 or 5 others on the market so if I was choosing again, I'd probably just go with whichever's cheapest.
