Does the job!
This is a really nice, very simple to use walking pad. Does the job...fits under a twin bed and is easy to bring out. I use it 5 times a week and it has been so helpful during my weight loss journey! It's been so nice to be able to walk from the comfort of my own home. You can select how much time you want to walk and it will count it down or how many miles you would like to walk and it will do that too.

This is the perfect size for work from home! Simple to use!
The media could not be loaded. So I learned a few things already. The instructions do say to oil it and gives you a schedule for the future. It doesn’t run smoother after being oiled. If you walk toward the back of the walking area, it doesn’t like that so much so you do want to stay front and centered. It’s more lightweight than I expected and I love that! It slide really easily under and out from my bed. It’s easy to turn on and just get started going. Its lowest speed is .6 and I found that 1.2 to 1.8 is a good walking speed while I’m working. It’s quiet too other than you can hear the obvious sliding of the walking pad go around. That’s to be expected though.Shipping was excellent, the walking pad came undamaged even though the box was kind of beat up. It was packaged really well actually. I was happy about the amount of packing materials was just right in my opinion. You do need to get two AAA batteries, they are not included. We already had some.I think this was honestly a great process too. I got it at the same time a coupon was going on so that was a nice incentive on top.I’ve already convinced my mom to buy one for herself too! This is perfect for getting a simple body movement going at home at any time!

Disappointed After a Promising Start
I was really excited when I first received the Walking Pad 2 in 1 for Walking and Jogging, Under Desk Treadmill for Home Office with Remote Control, Portable Walking Pad Treadmill in LED Display. It was quiet, compact, and seemed like the perfect solution for staying active while working from home.Unfortunately, after only a few weeks of light use, the walking pad suddenly stopped working. I followed all the instructions, tried basic troubleshooting, and reached out to the support team for help. That’s where the experience really took a turn.Despite multiple emails and detailed descriptions of the issue, the support team wasn’t able to offer any effective guidance or a clear solution. There was no option for a replacement, and I was ultimately left with a non-functional product and no resolution. It’s disappointing because the product had a lot of potential. I really wanted it to work, but between the technical failure and the lack of meaningful support, I can’t recommend it. I hope the company improves both the product quality and customer service experience going forward.

Good walking pad
Worked well until I lost the remote. It is heavy and hard to move.

Very Happy With This!
I really like this! It was super easy to set up, super easy to use, no chemical odor, and has been working great! It was so reasonably priced too! I am really happy with it! It is a little awkward to move from room to room. It rolls easily on tile and wood flooring, but not on carpeting. I like to use it while watching TV, so I'm moving it back and forth to and from the garage every day. If you have to lift it up, I find that it's safer to move it if you're holding it to the side of you, instead of in front of you, as it's a little heavy and awkward, and tends to pull me forward when stepping down into the garage. Also, if you have any balance issues or tire easily, I suggest buying a safety bar to use with it, so you don't lose your balance or go too far backwards. With that being said, I give this 5 stars and would buy this again!

Almost perfect
The media could not be loaded. I needed to get into some sort of exercise routine but my neighborhood has been going downhill lately so this is ideal for me. This "walker" is the best thing ever! It is smooth walking, easy to operate, a little bit heavy for my elderly self but I can manage it OK. At first I tried to tuck it away under a large chair but maneuvering was difficult, so I have it propped up on its side against the chair instead. I love that it has readings to tell me how many calories I've burnt, how far I have walked and for how much time I have walked. The beeping only happens when I use the remote control and it's not too loud, yet it is loud enough for me to hear. In other words, not the least bit annoying to me. The ONLY problem with this is that it has no 'pause' button. So I have to turn it OFF if I have to interrupt briefly to let a dog in or out, or to answer the door, etc., so when I come back to it, I have to start all over from the beginning with nothing accumulated from my first few minutes of walking activity. Other than that I think it's THE perfect thing for me! getting exercise every day without having to leave my home.UPDATE: If you are a little up in age as I am (68), this machine is great for walking but there's nothing to hold on to. So if you're concerned about balance, falling, breaking bones, etc...My boyfriend is a landlord and tenants leave items behind when they move out. He keeps many of these if they are in decent shape. He brought me a 'walker' to position on both sides of this 'treadmill'. The walker has to be wider than 22 inches to fit. But it has made a big difference for me, not having to worry about losing my balance, falling and breaking a hip or something. So if you can find one of these at a Thrift Shop for cheap or otherwise, I would highly recommend that you use something like this for support

Okay for short people and strolling
The media could not be loaded. Its nice. Not very accurate, but its good for walking and thats all that you can ask for! it lets you do a small incline and the size is just right for me but im pretty short (5’3) so im not sure if its right for any taller:(
