Can’t use it
Comes with a CD-ROM containing drivers and software but my laptop doesn’t have an ipticak drive. Eventually managed to copy contents of CD-ROM into desktop via data stick and friends laptop but can’t install and drivers don’t seem to work on windows 8 - or if they do it requires some pretty advanced IT skills to work. This product is NOT plug and play, and not fit for purpose. Avoid and spend a bit more on a better product, this is a false economy.

Near perfect product
I bought this cable to do some diagnostics on my old ford vehicle. I was very pleased with the results and also discovered other uses such as programing my BCM to unlock features i never had. awesome product, only complaint is the quality is not amazing, but worth every penny!

Satisfied
It works, but I could not find a free app on playstore to work with it in solving my problem, due to the above just satisfied.

Useless do not buy
Useless PoS, don’t buy it. Doesn’t work, doesn’t have correct resistance across pins. Would likely damage many cars ECU and BCM.

Avoid
Only bought this OBDII scanner to get a view of DPF regens. After plugging it in it sent my car into meltdown, flashing up just about every warning message the car has. As a bonus it also turned on the interior lights. I had to borrow a decent OBDII from a friend to clear what appeared to be communication errors.Buy cheap and weep.
