Works great!!!
Initially, I found it confusing to unlock the door remotely using Alexa. Alexa instructed me to enable the unlocking feature through the lock device app, which I had already set to the "on" position. However, I discovered that the unlock feature needed to be turned on through Alexa itself, not just the app.

Works as described. I was able to remotely lock/unlock my zowill door knob through the google home app. Installed pretty easily. Worth the investment.

Terrific lock system
Easy to install. Great buy. Only downfall is they should put the gateway g2 as a package deal with lock system because u cannot control from phone without g2 gateway. Great buy tho. Very satisfied

Not worth the money
This was supposed to make my DDlock work from my phone while I was away. It does NOT work. I am still unable to lock and unlock my doors unless I am within 20 yards of them. Waste of money.

Really met my expectations.
I have to say that took me more than 20 minutes to have the device connected to my 2.4Hz WIFI. I still don't know how I got it done because I tried everything. I finally got the gateway working. The DDlock app guide you very well. Every day, at least one time I get notification saying that the gateway is offline and needs attention. But get back to normal by itself. I have the gateway seat next to my WIFI, so still don't know what is happening. That is why I am giving 8/10.

Great Addition
The media could not be loaded. Allows remote control of your WiFi devices that can be used for Alexa for that particular brand!
