The oil is undoubtedly natural coconut oil as it came solid. I had to make an extra effort to put it in warm water to melt it and transfer it to a big-mouth glass jar for easy collection. So, I think the packaging is inappropriate for colder weather. Or buying bigger bottles could be better.Happy with the quality, though.

Think I should have got the tub, it’s solid and has to be somewhere hot to get out the bottle there is no way your squeezing this out. Also people saying it smells lovely well my opinion it’s awful lol not a nice smell at all. Only just started using but eased the skin irritation.

I had to phone up customer service for a refund because this coconut oil is in solid form not liquid form and it’s absolutely impossible to get out of the bottle and it’s not fit for purpose if you can’t get access to the product! Who would design putting solid coconut oil in a liquid container bottle with a small nozzle?? I physically couldn’t squeeze anything out because it was too solid!!Don’t waste your money on this, mine ended up on landfill unfortunately!

Good product if you can get it out of the bottle. It needs a ridiculous amount of pressure to squeeze it out.EDITThis is so much hassle getting it out of the bottle. I binned it and bought the liquid version instead.

This smells so lovely. I bought it to put on my dog's itchy skin and it works well and she smells gorgeous. It does solidify in the bottle at cooler temperatures but quickly turns back to liquid if you keep it in a warm place. Will be buying more just for the smell of it alone. Great product

I brought this product for my wife as it is the exact same oil her mum used on her hair when she was younger.Note - My wifes review: pure coconut oil will solidify when stored in colder conditions. This product is 100% natural coconut oil and is very easy to obtain in liquid form simply by heating it.Also, it's okay if not all of the oil does not wash out as coconut acts as food nourishment for the hair and does wonders for its growth.

I've actually tried this oil in the Maldives and I loved it. Quite happy to find it on Amazon in the UK,yay!Feeling amused to read the comments that the oil is solid.Well,of course is solid people,it is absolutely normal, as coconut oil has a melting point around 24C.What really works for me as I use it for hair and body,I just let the warm water to run on the bottle while am taking a shower,then easy peasy I use it on wet skin actually:)Skin is nice and soft x
