Amazing after sell service
Thank you for resolving my issue. I had been stuck with it for at least a month, but I’m truly grateful for Duracell’s excellent service. They replaced my power bank with one from a new batch, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Once again, great customer service!

Pathetic Product, Major Fire Hazard – Avoid at All Costs!
I bought this Duracell 20000mAh power bank and it has completely failed. Not only does it not charge or provide any backup, but the power bank has also swollen up dangerously, turning into a serious fire hazard.This is not just product failure — it’s a safety threat. It could have easily caught fire or caused harm. I contacted Duracell’s customer service over 15 days ago, and despite the product still being under warranty, I have received no help or resolution from their side. Absolutely ridiculous service for a company of this reputation.To make it worse, Amazon has also refused to help, washing their hands off the issue completely.Stay away from this product. It's unreliable, dangerous, and backed by pathetic customer service. Highly disappointed.

Awesome performance, works with every charging slot (but prefer C-type for best performance), supports fast charging with a genuine cable, and is easy to use. It is worth every penny. Sleek & attractive design, which makes it comfortable to carry.

Good quality
Seems to be a very good quality charger. I use it with iPhone. It automatically detects heat and cuts to low speed charging if you use the phone too much while charging. After 80% it switches to lower speed. Good feature to protect battery. Feels very well made fit and finish wise. Worth the money
