I’ve noticed improvement in my nails definitely, my hair is a working progress but it also is feeling fuller and growing more which is great.Great taste too, easy to just take 2 a day, I’ve been using about a month so hopefully will keep seeing improvements!

These do the job. I haven’t finished my first bottle yet and already my nails are stronger and my hair is fuller. They are also really tasty and so I enjoy taking them.

Can't comment really on how they help as only just started taking so no noticeable changes. However I like a lot of gummies but usually find not enough to continue after the bottle gone. I'm really hoping these help my hair and nails as they are so yummy it's not a hardship to continue. As longcase the price stays reasonable I will definitely be buying more if there is any improvement.
