Arrived next day, well packaged, computer as described, works perfect. Highly recommended if you need a cheap computer with reasonable processing speed. It will be tough to find a better bargain.

My computer arrived on time, well packaged and in excellent condition. As expected, there were a few minor blemishes on both the case and the screen, however, none of these marks were visible from a metre away. If you didn't know better, you would think this machine was new. I opened the case, and the inside was also spotless, with no trace of dust, loose screws or connections. I ran numerous diagnostics on the hardware, paying particular attention to the HDD and RAM, and it all passed with flying colours. The machine came with Windows 10 pre-installed, but I didn't use it, as I've replaced it with Debian Linux. I've only been using the computer for a few days, but I am impressed with its speed, stability and silent operation. Excellent value for money!

This arived well-packed and on time. I was a bit shocked when I removed the monitor from the box to see how dated it is. It doesn't look much like the one in the illustration. Nevertheless, it works and the screen image is very good. I've been using computers for well over 20 years and had no trouble connecting it up, though there were a few teething troubles when I switched it on. The monitor was dead for quite a while. Eventually, I realised that, although I had checked it, removed it, re-inserted it, still the power cable was not pushed in quite far enough. The computer itself took an age to boot up and self-check and I wasn't too sure what was going on because the lights showing that it was on came on briefly, went out and refused to come on again. I went away and left it for a couple of hours and when I went back, the operating lights came on and the monitor showed a picture. Then they went off again. I went to bed and had a look at it this morning. All was well and it was working fine! I opened it up and tried to connect to the internet. It would only make an ethernet connection and I realised it needed a dongle. I checked the list of included items and found that a dongle did not seem to be mentioned. I had to order one, it seemed. I did so and all worked well. Then, checking the box before I disposed of the packaging, I found a dongle taped to the side of the box! Why wasn't it listed with the other items included?I paid £169 for my computer. When I looked at the ad yesterday they had dropped to £150. Today they seem to be £155. I'm not too chuffed about that, either.I expect when all is set up, I'll find this a reliable computer, judging from the tone of most of the reviews. It is all working well and the monitor screen has excellent clarity. I'm glad I bought it, despite the teething problems.

Arrived by DPD and extremely well packed. PC and monitor in good condition win 10 installed and ready to go - runs fine. Very pleased with product. A real bargain!

If you value your time, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere - I've come to the conclusion that a buying a renewed computer from sellers on Amazon for a 'perceived' save in cost is not worth the risk.DetailsDelivery - Item was delivered the next day (prime)Product- The Tower had layers of rust over the cables (see attached pictures)- The power cables did not workCustomer ServiceUnsatisfactory response to a legitimate customer complaint. My perception of the seller is that they are a time waster with zero integrity. Does not deserve 1 star but that's the lowest option available.- I read their policy on returns, understood that I may incur a cost in returning the item, either cost of postage and or time to drop it at a collection point. Wrote to them explaining my concern.- They asked to see a picture of the item that was delivered, and tried to assure me that I would not be expected to return at my own cost.- They suggested a 'swap it' service. They would use a courier to deliver a replacement and collect the faulty item.- I declined and insisted I wanted a full refund- They sent me a prepaid returns label, requiring me to drop the 13Kg package at a couriers pick-up point/shop- I asked if they could get the courier to collect from my address- Their response'Hello,our collection services are not operating at the moment,kInd RegardsA moment ago they were willing to pay for a courier to collect from my address and send me a replacement. This can only mean they don't want to incur the loss of delivering and collecting the item they have mis-sold. This is completely understandable ( IT Buffs - no need to mask this or play games - comes across as unprofessional and your insulting my intelligence)I have spoken with Amazon and they have advised me to book a courier to collect from my address and return to the seller and they will reimburse me.Two companies, two very different responses to customer service.My conclusionCompany A - plays the long game, possess or works towards a healthy profit margin by balancing long & short term goals, places a premium on their brand/reputation, adopts a returns policy that would go a little something like this'We've sent a damaged item in appalling condition with apparently zero quality or safety checks. We'll do everything we can to try and make this right for the customer which in this case means paying the difference between a courier collecting an item from the customers residential address vs a pickup point. We may avoid turning the customer and others into detractors and protect our brand. The number of returns we get is low when compared to profit margins, it makes commercial sense to incur a small expense to protect the value of our brand'Company B - plays the short game, needs to get rid of stock very fast to make some quick/easy gains. Very little in the way of integrity and therefore no quality control or safety measures and complete disregard for customers. The number of item's returned is significant enough to upset the balance sheet and there is no value placed on brand/reputation as we are in the short game.

Good condition, very well packed, hard drive is a bit noisy but not a concern at this price. The specification and processor won’t support windows 11. Very good value for money as it is a complete system. Delivery was not precise to the day.

The computer itself started no problem, the monitor did not we changed the fuse and it works fine.Less than two months later we get the message on the screen (shown in the photo) we contact the seller who says the problem is the heatsink.The seller offers us a replacement or a new heatsink which we will replace ourselves. We went for the heatsink.Our problem is not yet resolved (we have not had any further contact or a replacement heatsink) if and when it is resolved I will adjust this review accordingly. If it is resolved I would say this pc is good value for money.
