I crumbled these up and used them as a mix in for homemade strawberry shortcake ice cream with fresh roasted strawberry puree and they really gave it that shortcake flavor! A+ 10/10 would buy again.

First time ever tasting this brand of biscuit cookie. The cookie flavor is so good! The taste of Butter, Sugar, and flour, in a thicker biscuit cookie. The cookies were not crumbly or dry but have freshness in every bite. Really enjoying them. Perfect with tea, coffee, or milk. No damage to the box with shipping.

If there was a minus star that’s the rating I’d have given! I was so looking forward to these cookies because I had enjoyed them in the past but this time they were terrible. Although they were not past their expiration date, they were stale and crumbly. If you were starving they might be appetizing but otherwise no. I will not be wasting my money on them again!

Expensive, but haven't had them in so long. So decided to buy them. Also the box that the cookies came in was a little beat up. My first thought was that these are no good. But to my surprise they were fresh and delicious.

Won't be ordering these again. Too expensive for what I ended up with. Packaging was horrible. I ordered 4 packages of cookies and everyone was crumbled.

The package is a bit different but these are the cookies we enjoyed in the 1970s in Canada. they go well with tea and are just right, not too sweet and just the right texture. They do not break easily in the mail as they are packed well. Merci!

I ordered the shortbread cookies for a special tea we were giving a young woman. I haven't written before because I thought perhaps it was an off-day for me. However, we have met again and all the ladies in our circle agree. The Christie" Sable's" taste is inferior and the additional expense, unjustfied.It was recommend and seonded that another sort of sweet be found for or luncheons and subsequent teas.
