Primal Harvest Primal Sleep Support Supplement, 60 Capsules with Valerian Root, L-Tryptophan, GABA, Chamomile, and Melatonin 3mg

I work out 6 days a week and need sleep. I have problems sleeping well. I tried this product and only need 1 pill to get deep sleep! I love it

To begin please keep in mind I suffer from medically diagnosed insomnia and require a cocktail of sleep aids to fall asleep & remain sleeping for more than a few hours at a time. As a consequence my M. D. suggested Primal Sleep which I added to my growing pile of nighttime sleeping pills.Amazingly this product has helped to the extent I’ve been able to remove another product and found myself occasionally skipping others while still getting similar results. All in all this is a victory. I imagine that this product might work very well for a healthier individual. Regardless I plan to continue to use this product for the foreseeable future.

This was supposed to be good according to the internet and it didn’t work for me. I struggle to fall asleep and typically take 40 mg of Melatonin each night. I tried these pills without the melatonin and didn’t get sleepy. I then had to take them with the melatonin.Now I’ve been using just melatonin for the last two weeks and that works better than these pills. I may have a slightly high tolerance for sleep aids as typical OTC pm pills don’t work for me either. I now take usually 50 mg of melatonin to get sleepy. Willing to try something different because I don’t want to take 40 or 50 mg of melatonin, it’s a little high.

We were looking for another alternative to Zolipen and tried Primal for a couple of nights....another two sleepless nights and were disappointed. Maybe they would work for someone else, but not us.

This stuff works.

I have found that I have to take this product about 2 hours before wanting to fall asleep. Yes, I will sleep for 4-5 hours with them. I do have to take 50% more than suggested but I only need them once or twice a week. If you take them as you jump into bed, you will be counting sheep for a couple of hours.
