Great hand workouts.
Very good way to work out the hands. Once you start using them you can notice the strength gains in the hands. Going to have to get some a lot stronger than these. Hands gaining enough strength to move up a little

Not as Strong as My Hand
I could feel the handles bend when I squeezed them. I discovered the steel bar goes only half way into the grip so the bottom half flexed. These were pretty cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
