Only just discovered the benefits of using citric acid for cleaning. I live in a hard water area which presents challenges. Used this on both toilets overnight and wow the difference was incredible. Previously tried numerous cleaners as well as the traditional binders and soda combination overnight and nothing was shifting the stains. Well. This acid did the job! I was probably overly generous with the amount used but cannot understate how impressed I am with the effectiveness of this product! It removed the limescale and stubborn stains. Excellent quality and will certainly be purchasing this product again.

Great for cleaning kettle

I am pleased to inform you that I received the product that I bought recently from the amazon arrived yesterday and I like the price and the quality and it's easy of use.So I use it to fertilised the plants with, thanks very much for that.

Wow was a tad smaller than I was expecting. I am doing that a lot with some products from amazon at the minute.. so its not the manufacturers problem, but mine. good product. I only use it for a couple of things and does what it is meant to. I live in a very hard water area and it keeps my jnside kettle looking good.

This is a key ingredient in Nancy Birtwhistle’s Pure Magic solution. This product is great at descaling my kettle a couple of spoons in my just boiled kettle and in 30 minutes all the scale has gone. I then made some Pure Magic solution and found it really works! It’s getting rid of years of limescale build up in my toilet and much, much stronger than eco brands from the supermarket. Just be careful with Pure Magic solution because it’s a very strong acid and needs to be used respectfully - but even being strong it dilutes fast and becomes safe for the environment for

After reading what descaler is, I thought ok let's give this a go, we have a water ern that keeps 5ltrs of water hot for tea, thought I'd try it on that before I used it on my coffee machine. I put two heaped desert spoons into the Ern that had boiled 10mins before hand and was about 1/4 empty. Gave it a stir pressed the water dispenser so some got into the outlet. Waited 5 mins thought I'd see if it had done anything WOW just one real tiny bit of limescale left. Empty & refill manually pump water through the outlet, empty and refill 1/3rd boil then empty to makesure all the citric acid has gone, ern is just like it was when new. The coffee machine you can't see inside so you don't know the amount of limescale, but I know it's working better as I'm getting hot coffee again and not like warm, one thing I will say rinse rinse rinse & rinse the machines after using citric acid as your milk will curdle in your tea/coffee haha.Well worth the money, p.s already started to use a weaker solution on kitchen/bathroom taps, and shower glass.

Seems to work OK, but don't expect and instruction because it doesn't have any with it. Had to search for some.
