Good product, This product is very useful. Good packing and good quality.

I am deeply disappointed with the quality and performance of this product. It is difficult to comprehend how V-Guard conducts its quality assurance processes, as the backup functionality lasts for less than a minute. I purchased the product two months ago, and after experiencing issues, I reached out to an authorized V-Guard service center. They have indicated that the problem may be related to the battery; however, they have also informed me that they currently do not have the required stock to address the issue. Despite my continued follow-ups over the past two weeks, I have not received any clear resolution or timeline for when the problem will be resolved.This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I feel let down by the lack of effective customer support from V-Guard. The overall experience has been far from satisfactory, and it has certainly been a regrettable decision to purchase this product.

Very good product, I've been using since a year and half the battery life is excellent and honestly it has given me power back up of more 6hrs multiple times......!

Product has met all my expectations and requirements. It's very compact size to place near my wifi router and able to provide seamless internet connectivity for continuous 2-3 hours during power outage. I am not able to give 5 star now itself, as I recently purchased it and need to check it's long term performance. As of now, I am happy with this product.

Although the DG starts up in under 3 minutes at my society, it is enough to cut my Internet. And then, the wait before it connects again... many times, the power goes repeatedly and within minutes as well.I had earlier bought a different brand of Tiny UPS for the purpose of providing my Wi Fi with continuous power. It lasted less than 2 years, with the battery unable to hold any charge after a year!That was when I tried out this VGuard product - and for the last year, I have NEVER ONCE BEEN DISCONNECTED! The Battery appears to be as healthy as it was on the first day, although there must be some loss of charging ability.I am so impressed by the VGuard name, that I have 2 VGuard Voltage Stabilizers and 2 VGuard Geysers now - all of them working perfectly fine - Touch Wood!Highly recommended product, highly recommended company!

Worst product, never buy this. After 20 days of me buying this product it stopped working. Customer service is not helpful at all and they will ask you to bring your device to the service center and there are not many service centers.DO NOT BUY THIS. TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought it on 24 Feb 2024, it stopped working from May 2025. Just completed the warranty period. Normally expectation is to run longer than the mere warranty period. So I think 3 stars are enough.
