Hardware issues
This phone is not good. Speaker doesn't work on call also you cannot search any contact number in the contact list some serious software issues and the phone heats up after some use like hot stove. Over all this phone is not worth to buy in this price.

This seller has sold me a second hand Redmi Note 10 Pro
I ordered a Redmi Note 10 Pro and received it today, when unboxed and turned it on, I saw no welcome and/or activation screen, but noticed that someone else's emails and credentials were logged in it. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied and hated this purchasing experience.

لقد تم استلام الجهاز اليوم، ولكنه كان مستخدم و العلبة مفتوحة .يبدو ان الجهاز تم استرجاعه من عميل اخر.الرجاء اخذ الجهاز و استبداله بجهاز جديد لم يتم فتحه من قبل احد
