Has a citrus flavor that really kicks in quick. It's definitely effective in renewing hydration, I feel better when taken after either a hard workout or a strenuous workday.

Love the taste it’s sweet my favorite is the peaches ice tea . Me and my boyfriend tried the unsweetened version by accident and it was alright just too unsweetened for me haha especially the black berry . We but these monthly to keep me who doesn’t drink much water and my son hydrated. My boyfriend uses it in the summer heat to stay hydrated

There's a slight under/after taste, but overall they're good. I wouldn't recommend doing any less than 1 pack per 24oz of water. It tastes better the more diluted it is.

I was initially skeptical when I purchased them after reading the reviews about how little was in the packets or the poor quality of the packaging. BUT! Let me tell you it’s actually more than enough and the flavors are fantastic and they are amazing for electrolytes and getting that extra hydration in. While being pregnant hydration is key so this product has been really helpful for me. I will say the packaging of the packets does seem cheap ir just poor quality in comparison to big brands like Liquid IV but the product itself is really good and pricing it great!

Terrible the worst Taste! Will Never buy Again!!!!!

I decided to try this brand because of the flavor options and price point compared to 2 other well known brands that cost more. However, after a week of drinking 1 packet a day in my water my mouth/under part of my lip was becoming raw. The vitamin C content is a tad high if your are sensitive to it. I didn't realize I was until I compared the amounts in the products. I stopped drinking them the last 2 days and my mouth is fine again after switching back to liquid IV. The peach had great flavor (normally I'm not a peach fan) but it reminded me of the brisk peach tea from back in the 90's but less sweat. Sadly I probably wont buy these again or limit how often I use them. The rawness in my mouth wasn't worth it.

I love these electrolyte packets! I used to buy liquid IV, but it always taste very salty and would give me a headache. I tried this in place of liquid IV and they don’t taste salty at all and do not give me a headache. I use one daily in my 84oz water bottle and the taste isn’t overly sweet. I definitely recommend giving these a try if you need some extra electrolytes daily.

I really don't like most hydration drinks. These packets with a bottle of water have really helped me. They taste good. I've had a real problem with staying hydrated( ever since Leukemia in 2005)I have had several trips to the local emergency room over the last 20 years due to me being dehydrated. I make sure to have these packets with me at all times. I mix up a hydration packet in a bottle of water before bed and sip on it throughout the night. We will keep ordering this product
