The media could not be loaded. I bought this on a Monday and received it Wednesday, quicker than I thought. It said Wednesday night at 9pm but it actually arrived in the early afternoon of Wednesday.It came with some things I didn't think it would come with. The roller and other massage device.Assembling it took me about 5 minutes. Easy to assemble. Straight forward.No need for any screws or tools.I used filtered water.It took probably 5ish minutes to come up to temp and steam.I set it at P5, the recommended starting temp, which is what they claim most people are comfortable with.It has steam settings 1-9.I filled the water about 2/3 of the way and after being in for 20 minutes I was definitely sweating a good amount and the water had receded half way of the amount I put in.Sitting in the small chair, I'm about 5'8 and it's just right for clearance for my head.I would say this was a pretty good investment. I'm pretty happy with it.EDIT ONE MONTH UPDATE:So since I bought it, I use it pretty much everyday 1-2 times a day with 15-20 sessions. After using it for about 24 days, it malfunctioned. The green steam pot short circuted, lit up the bottom of the steamer and shut off. Smelt a burning oder coming from the pot.I contacted customer support and I was assisted by Michelle. The company ships out from China. I still had the product under 30 day warranty so they agreed to send me another one free of charge. They just asked for photos of the damaged pot steamer and my mailing address. They asked me to wait patiently for 10 days or so.After a few days, I wasn't provided a tracking number so I asked and after another day, probably 6 days total, they sent me a tracking number.Received it about 12 days after mine had broke and contacting them.It was a different steam pot with bigger tunes so had to change the hoses but no biggie. I appreciate them for doing that.UPDATE** 5 months in.It's finally giving out. The stitching is starting to come apart along the front of the sauna along the zipper. For the abuse and frequent use, it's starting to show signs of wear and tear. No complaints though. Tried attaching photos but it won't attach.

I don’t know what this garbage is but the fabric is super thin. The frame went together fine until you tried to put the cover on it. It torqued and broke apart. I never made it to the steamer, because I never got passed the frame and cover. Besides that, look at the chair!!! If you are already that small, you don’t need a sauna. I am 6’1 300lbs. The chair is the size of something you use to put your foot on to try on shoes. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s smaller than a preschool chair. The pictures are not exaggerated. I’m not being paid by this company and even if I was, I would not endorse this product at all. This type of crap is being advertised and sold through TikTok all the time. Not gonna lie that’s what gave me the idea. But damn, stay away from this unless you need some kindling. Basic China crap

Works well besides the fabric tore the first time I zipped it up. Tore about 3 inches and didn't want to mess with a return. It still works well, though. Not too big and not too small. Fits in bedroom.

Just put this together so I cant speak to the operations of the steamer yet. I will tell you to remove black plugs from all the frame ends so they will seat properly into the socket couplers. Just grab with a slotted pliers and give a small twist and theyll pop right out. The frame ends up a little large for the cover without doing this and I found out the hard way bc pulling the frame/couplers back apart leaves some of the plugs firmly wedged into the couplers, which needed drilled in half to get out. Hope this helps someone. UPDATE I have used this twice now and it really helps my arthritic body when it's stiff and chilled. Great product. Thank you.

This worked great for the first 7 months, a zipper broke which was no big deal because it was just for one of the hands and it was zipped close when it broke, then the chair broke which was fine because I could put a camping chair in that I had. Then the sauna heating unit stopped working. so sadly after 7 months its time to trash it. The heating unit did work well when it was working, the sauna got hot and I would have to get out after too long so its disappointing it finally fully broke.

I bought this Sauna because I have been living in Mold. My body does not sweat the same. I need to open my pores to clear out Mycotoxins. This Sauna definitely leaves my body dripping in sweat.The added bonus I never thought of- I have RLS- Restless Leg Syndrome. Which is not only annoying but will disturb you and your Partners sleep. Whenever mine is acting up- I sit in my Sauna for 30 minutes and my legs are Better. Then I’m definitely ready to go back to sleep.I even sleep Deeper and more Soundly. Feeling more Energized and Alive.My body doesn’t Hurt as bad also (Arthritis).I’m just a Much Happier Lady since delivery of my Sauna…My only advise would be that it could use about 4-6 inches more leg room…And- my Grand Babies Love playing hide & go Seek- every time hiding in my tent… Lol…

I purchased the sauna to relax while at home it delivers very hot steam. It was easy to put together and the performance is very well. I have had no issues.
