A waste of money. Some of them are way to excess. I do not know the reasoning behind 100mg of Niacin. Gives me flashes left-right.Edit: i originally gave it two star. But, I have recieved a full refund on it and offered a free product from their inventory( which I did not take), from their customer service. Therefore I increased one star based on their excellent customer service and their commitment to feedbacks from customers. Other than that, I will still stand on my experience on this product.

Bought these on a whim. I have noticed a strong difference in my energy levels through out the day, as well as an increased libido. I take them with my protein shakes in the morning because it has b vitamins.
