These are thin type bands and little short length, but work well. I am having good feeling since whatever exercise you choose it will surely give effect.

Please do not buy it! Very bad quality!!! After 1 month they were all finished broken....Bought it because it was cheaper then the others. But that is why because they don't worth.My friends bought a better quality, was a bit more costly but they still have it. Now I have to buy new ones...so better to go for originally a a good quality one!
