Cute, easy to assemble, sturdy, fits larger cats and VERY nice scratch pad inside!This little house has it all. Early was 16lbs in this pic and he’s also quite long/large framed. He fits easily and is comfortable sitting inside. He’s a stereotypical “fraidy cat” and is suspicious of everything new in his life, but he immediately went inside his new house the minute I finished assembling it (which only took about 5mins from opening box to finish).It also has 3 cutout windows aside from the front opening, which is great for cats to see around them. Especially fraidy cats. I think he feels much safer in this house with windows vs a solid box.Ppl review that “it’s just an overpriced box”. NO! It’s quite well thought out and I get the feeling the designers are cat owners.The scratch pad can be used or removed for extra height, but I left it in even tho Early I’d tall, because he loves scratch pads and will use the front to scratch on. It also keeps the box cleaner by trapping kitty litter, fur etc inside the pad until you shake it out.10/10 and I’d definitely repurchase if it gets droopy but I don’t think that’ll happen for several years, if ever. I’ve accidentally bumped it really hard and it didn’t even dent!If I had a larger house (my main floor is only 800sqft with almost no storage space) I’d buy him one of these little houses for every season!!

Cute. Seaside Villa Cat Scratch House. Easy five minute assembly. My Kitty loves his cardboard scratches. So cute gift for him. It also comes with pkg of catnip. But, I tossed a few of his treats inside instead.

Purchased multiple times and many different versions. My cat loves these hideouts. I have one in 3 different rooms in my house, only one cat, they all get used. It’s so adorable seeing your cat peer at you from the inside.

The size, sturdiness, appearance and performance are all great! My cats fight over who can lay in it.The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the catnip was not included. I was bummed bc I know the cats would have gone crazy with that in the house.

My cat loves her new playhouse! she often uses the scratch pad that came with it and often hangs out inside of the cat house. This house is made of nice thick cardboard, it is not flimsy. The artwork is adorable! Easy to assemble, just put the numbered colored tabs in the matching slots. Also came with a tiny packet of cat nip.

We love these houses, people and cats! We have 2 so far, I see more in our future. My favorite ones have the windows that have frames with a cross bar in the center. It makes an inviting space for one of my cats to reach in and tease the other one, it's fun to watch.

I ordered a new cardboard house because the one I had was getting old and falling apart. I like how this one is put together and more sturdy than my old one! Only complaint is it’s not as big as I thought it was going to be. My big boy fits but just barely haha. This is perfect for a normal size cat or kitten!
