My wife and I switched to this brand in 2023 after the our previous brand which we took for years stopped lasting the duration (went off long before we finished them). No problems since since switching to this brand though. We have just bought another 6 month supply and the last few left in the container from the last order are still in perfect condition and haven't deteriorated in any way. Just store them in properly away from any humidity and don't leave the lid off for any time.The tablets are fairly big but aren't huge. Neither my wife and I find them difficult to swallow. We take them near to the end of a meal with water and have no problems swallowing them. They are easily snapped in two if you do have problems but you will get sharp edges on both parts at the break point if you do which might be counter-productive.As for efficacy? Nobody really knows how effective taking these types of combination supplements really are quite honestly. It is quite improbable that anyone would be able to tell if taking a multivitamin had made a difference to their overall health...it's possible I suppose, but unlikely. So I don't expect and have never experienced any night and day transformation from taking multivitamins therefore, and even after a period of time it's not really possible to assess whether the tablets are truly helping or not. Very difficult indeed! Of course if you were utterly depleted of everything then there might be a case for saying that you 'feel better' for taking them, but I'd say they are rather a sensible prophylactic and not to expect miracles: taking them is just a belt and braces approach to your health which some medical professionals encourage - and others don't.My wife and I are 'older' and reasonably active and whilst we eat sensibly and exercise taking a daily multivitamin seems like a good idea and makes sure that we don't have any deficits in our mineral and vitamin intake.The price has increased again but after the discount for 2 offer of 5% and a further 5% off for 4 items on Amazon the price was just £0.64p more than our last order so I can live with that.

They are easy to swallow, have no unpleasant aftertaste, and provide me with a good range of vitamins and minerals that I might otherwise lack in my plant-based diet.The tablets contain 26 key nutrients, including vitamin B12, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium and more. They are designed to support the immune system, energy levels, bone health, brain function and overall wellbeing. They are also free from gluten, soy, dairy and GMOs.I take one tablet a day with a glass of water after breakfast. I have noticed that I feel more energetic, less tired and more focused throughout the day. I also feel more confident that I am getting all the essential nutrients that I need for optimal health.The tablets come in a recyclable bottle with 180 tablets inside. This is enough for six months of daily use. The price is very reasonable for such a high-quality product.The only minor downside of these tablets is that they are quite large and sometimes hard to break in half if you want to take a lower dose. Almost all of the vitamins inside are at 100% recommended daily intake, calcium & megnesium being the only exception, respectively at 16 and 26%.Although a bit large, swallowing them is quite easy and they don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste. The container they come in is a great way to conveniently store them out of light, it also doesn't take much space in the cupboard (72x72x232mm).Approx. £10 for half a year supply of 23 different vitamins & minerals is a true bargain for anyone taking proper care of their health and well-being. I'm definitely sticking with these as I still haven't found any product with such comprehensive ingredient list.Protip: to fully supplement your diet add products containing potassium and magnessium. First one is not included in the product and second one is just at 100mg, which is 26% of what you need daily (supplements and meals combined).

To the manufacturer of this vitamin pill, good product butplease consider changing to round rather than oval shape.....much easier to swallow.

This product is amazing.I noticed after a few weeks my fatigue was so much better, I sleep better and waking up is so much easier. I haven’t felt like I have slept properly in years and now I do!!The tablets have a bit of a funny taste, but that’s granted with any vitamin. Quite large, but they’re coated, so it makes it easier to swallow. My partner struggles with all tablets, but is okay with these.I have most certainly noticed a difference and I will never go back!! Also love that they are vegan 🌱100% recommend :)
