Better than expensive irons
This iron has easy to read and use dial settings, it has 3 levels of steam amount, it is heavy enough to iron smoothly but not too heavy. The best is that it does not spit. A reviewer mentioned the small fill hole. The spout of a small indoor watering can works great. The only con that I have is that it uses lots of water even on the lowest level of steam.

Love it!
I purchased three different irons, and they all had problems I couldn't live with. Then this one came, and Goldilocks was finally happy. Good steam, good cord retraction, good nimble size. All good.

An Overall Quality Iron
I am probably one of the few millennials who actually SERIOUSLY irons. My cord from my last iron caught on fire, and because I iron daily, I knew I needed something to prevent that from happening. I love that this iron has a retractable cord so I never have to worry about the cord twisting in awkward ways and wearing down eventually. I also appreciate it's sturdiness. I took one star off because my clothes don't get as straight as with some of my older irons, but this definitely does the trick. I recommend giving it a try.

Longer retractable cord
The steam iron is easy to use. I love that the cord is long and retractable. The iron also turns off when left on. The steam option works with cotton settings on its own. With certain settings, no spray starch is necessary because it works so well.

Well built, easy to use iron
OK, this is a really nice iron. Feels good in your hand. Has a nice weight to it. I must say that the first iron they sent me seemed used, so I just returned it and they sent me a replacement the next day. As for the iron, it slides nicely an my clothes. I can shoot water out of it, or have a burst of steam shoot out from the bottom. I can even vertically steam clothes. Not sure what else to say. It seems to have a solid build. Easy to use. Removed all the wrinkles on my clothes. The temperature control seems easy as well. I love the retractable power cord too. A great iron for a great price.

Great iron
There are many features of this iron that I really like. It has a good size ironing surface. It has a good sized water tank. I like that the water tank cap snaps shut, although the hole to pour the water into is a little bit small. I really like the retractable cord. My favorite part is the weight. It is a lot lighter than any other iron I have used. This is perfect for my wrists that are prone to carpal tunnel pain. I wouldn’t call ironing my favorite thing to do but this iron makes it less of a chore.

Stopped working but will buy again
I love my iron. But somehow two years later it doesn’t spray anymore. Dropped once too many times? I don’t think I could’ve dropped more than two to five times. I don’t go around dropping irons unless maybe the cord gets caught while moving around and it tumbles off. I feel like it just stopped out of the blue one day. It still works and steams. It’s not broken broken. In theory I could keep using it, but I think I’ll stay with the brand and just buy a newer model.
