Great addition to any home gym. Just make sure it’s secure
I’ve been using this pull up bar for about 2 months, mostly with pull up bands to help increase my reps and build strength. I also use it on the ground for pushups. It’s very sturdy and I like that it allows for multiple hand positions, both for pull ups and push ups.The first time I used it, it fell from the door frame and I got hurt pretty badly. That was on me—I didn’t triple check that it was properly secured. Since then, I’ve made sure it’s set correctly every time and have had zero issues.I’d recommend this for anyone building a home gym. Just take a few extra seconds to make sure it’s stable. I also suggest getting a set of pull up bands. They’re great for targeting muscle groups without maxing out after just a few reps.

Better than expected
Bought this for my son a while back. He uses it almost daily and is getting extremely toned. Easy to assemble on door frame and easy to take down when not in use. Perfect for what he wanted.

Affordable & easy to put together. Really appreciate the foam on the contact points to the wall so it doesn't leave marks or scrapes.

Forgot wrench and bracket is useless
Does what its supposed to for the most part. But they forgot to send me the wrench to put it together, luckily I had some pliers and the metal bracket to help keep it against the frame immediately bent and acted more as a prybar than anything and nearly removed the framing. But other than that seems fine.
