Q: Trying to shave a ice puck I made to fit but the shavings just keep getting stuck in the machine and not coming out into the bowl. What’s going on?

Mine does the same thing, I wish the company could tell us what to do.

Q: what type of ice comes out? smooth like an actual ICEE or textured like slushie/snowcone?

If you want snow-like consistency, use bigger blocks of ice. If you want a bit of crunch, use smaller pieces of ice.
