Q: It will not read any ph over 7. What can i do to fix this? I followed all the instructions and it still will not.

Double check the standards - in some of the packages, we received a 7ph standard that was actually 9.3pH - we've thrown all of the included standards out because it's so unreliable.

Q: Can it be calibrated for pH 7 and 10?

It can only be calibrated at one pH setting at a time. The second plug there is for ORP. Yes, it can control at 7pH well (it uses a 4 and 7pH standards to calibrate). You can control at 10pH, but it will be at the edge of the calibration range. You'll just have to double check it's controlling as expected, but should be possible.
