Great part. Ruckus runs better than ever…
There was a small issue with my order and this seller went above and beyond to get me the right part, fast. Thank you!

Great upgrade for your Ruckus!
Super easy install, just make sure you have/buy a variator tool. Before installation, my 2017 Ruckus maxed out at 39 mph. After installing the Polini variator and using the lighter rollers, I'm now consistently hitting 43 mph and I have a bit more acceleration.

In a Ruckus 2011 - Point of view of a newbie!
So I want my Ruckus faster and this seems to be the number one thing people recommendSo... add to cart / purchased and days later I got it.INSTALL : Install was easy, I did mine with a replacement thinner stronger belt so I had to take the clutch out. The Variator bolt needed a impact gun and worked great. This part is like level 3 out of 10. You do need an impact gun or the tool to hold the wheel so you can remove it.RESULT: I am running with JUST the 5.6 rollers and I am up to about 42 hitting the rev limit. Max before was 38. I mixed the heaver with the lighter and not an improvement in my result. I purchased some 5 gram rollers and I will try that. Im expecting an increase in top speed.SUGGESTIONS: Get a new Kevlar belt (Polini brand if you want to match) , and purchase some 5 gram rollers also. Get use to opening and closing the housing for your CVT because you will try different weight combinations. Write down results on , change em and try again.

Best Investment For Your Moped
I have a 2007 Honda metropolitan which my dad and I completely restored to almost brand new performance, new carburetor, fuel line, fuel filter, spark plug, battery, tires, valve adjustment, and even glued some cracks together due to crashes and drops from previous owners. But after all of this work, the moped couldn't go faster than 29 mph while almost redlining. Couldn't even go more than 31 downhill (with a lot of backfiring as well). After installing the variator part, the moped now cruises at 36 mph (without redlining), and can hit about 40 downhill without backfire! This product was one of the best purchases we've ever made, (next to the $5 shim for the valve head which got it running like new again) and I will definitely be investing in a new belt from Polini as my next upgrade/ restoration step! Great product 5/5.

Increased speed by 3 to 5 mph and quicker off start
This definitely increased my top speed by at least 3 to 5 mph. I am able to get up to around 43 - 45 on straight away (was about 40 before. Also, a little faster off the start. I started with the heavier weights (all 6), then mixed 3 and 3 together, then finally settled on the lighter weights for all 6 until I noticed a big difference. I'm 5'9" and 174 lbs. This is the only mod I have done to my Ruckus so far. *** Definitely need to get a Variator Remover/Puller Tool (or at least I did) to keep the stock from moving in order to get the bolt off.

Easy upgrade to increase speed and accleration Honda Metro
Easy to install. Definitely increase speed and acceleration. In my case it was very noticable ( i had some moisture damage from previous owner that let the scooter sit for many years and had alot of pitting on the variator drive face and the rollers didnt roll very smooth). I would definitely recommend.
