Soccer training
This harness was Easy to strap on and off for quick athlete turns. So far looks very durable hoping it last a few years. The resistance rope is more of medium grade not heavy but it does the job. Not a bad price for also getting a belt strap.

Terrible quality and will break easily
I purchased five of these for my husband’s high school basketball team. Four of them broke and one actually hurt one of the kid. This is terrible quality and dangerous. I was embarrassed that I even purchase this product . I would discourage anyone from purchasing.

So Pleased!! Well Made and Affirdable!
I bought this for a couple reasons. The main one being to see if it could assist me in doing ground (straight, no incline) push-ups. IT DID!! I put on both harnesses it came with to have two points of contact and looped the bungee through my ceiling hook where my aerial silks already use. I did ten push-ups easy peazy. It's affordable, comes with two harnesses (vest and waist), a storage/carry bag, a hand bar, and the bungee, as described.I highly recommend! I wish the vest harness had more ways to adjust for snugness, but I won't take any points away for that.

Cheap plastic clips on waistband.
First time I used it, the plastic clip on the waistband snapped. I am only 5'3" and under 140 lbs and not that strong. I can use without it but it was handy.
