The product quality was really good and exceeded the expectations

Good quality, but the tools given is not enough. We couldn’t fit the basket as it didn’t have the right tool for it. We had to walk up to a mechanic just to get it fixed. That’s a big drawback, that I take a DIY but then have to depend on external factors to get it fixed.

Overall, feels like a good and sturdy product but hasn't been tested on the ground. Given that it is not the cheapest option available the following issues do stand out.1. Assembly was slightly difficult especially the basket as the tools provided were not adequate and I had to source my own. I could not find any assembly instructions and had to search online.2. Nuts and bolts provided and in one place on the frame were rusted. (Photo attached)3. The basket provided had visible cracks. (Photo attached)4. I found a small broken part in the packaging but haven't been able to trace where it is from.

Ordered it for my daughter for her 4th birthday. Bicycle is good but The basket came with a dent and it’s made of cheap quality steel which has sharp edges at the bottom which may cause injury to the child so I didn’t install it on the bicycle. A good quality plastic basket would have been better.One of the sticker on bicycle was not put correctly and it’s coming out which the children will easily pull it out :)No instructions manual. They provided a paper with poorly printed instructions.I find assembling it quite difficult. Look and quality is good.

The media could not be loaded. There is nothing in the handlebar so that it would fit. No matter how much we tight the screws, it’s still loose. The basket is damaged. Assembling it is a nightmare because nothing fits. Manufactured very poorly.Editing the above review.Looks like the first piece which I got was a defective one. The seller quickly reached out, sent me assembly video and sent a replacement as well. Great service. The second time, assembling it was a cake walk. Everything fitted perfectly. My 2.5 years old daughter is yet to start riding it. The pedal seems to be a bit tight for her to move. But I am sure she'll get there. The side wheels are not a great fit. Since my daughter learnt cycling using balance bike, I am hoping I won't need the side wheels once she gets better.
