It comes witj a rechargeable battery or can be powered by AAA batteries.It's handy for the winter nights and taking in the car.It can be focused on direct or wide angle beam.it also has a flashing option, handy for breakdown- on coming cars. At the low price it's a no brainer

Was a strange request from my 10 year old for Christmas but the fact it comes in a kit with a rechargeable battery made it extra special for him.Still running off the original battery he uses it most nights. Enjoys the zoom settings and different flash settings. Would definitely recommend.

Very good little torch not used the recharge yet but is a very sturdy torch and bright I can see the dog in the garden now at night very easy to use 3 functions normal light flashing and zoom good value torch 👍

Small lightweight but powerful torch, charges fairly quickly, don't think you could do better for the price. Easy to adjust the bean.

For a small Focusable Torch this one is Fantastic Strong Brilliant White Beam it really works well wiith 18650 or AAA and Holder I have bought rechargeable AAA 's to use with it and they are fine I am really Pleased with it as a Security Guard I have to rely on my Torch at night and I can with this.

I have bought a number of small LED torches over the years, and although most were good for battery life and brightness, they still needed batteries to be changed more frequently than I would have liked.I bought this torch mainly due to its brightness rating and the fact that it uses 18650 battery. I have had this torch for almost 3 weeks, and have used it for about 10 minutes every day, and am still on the first full charge of the 18650 battery. I cannot say if the torch is 1200 lumens, but it is brighter that all my other small torches, with the beam easily reaching for a 150 metres and remaining focused and bright.I also like the fact that it comes in a great small case which contains the torch and all its accessories. The torch can also operate using AAA batteries in a holder (supplied), so I can keep this as spare power in case the 18650 battery finally needs charging.I am shortly going to order another of these torches and spare 18650 batteries, that's how much I like them.UPDATE : Just got my second of these torches, and noticed the supplied battery is a 5000maH battery and not the 2400maH battery I got with my first torch. It behaves the same as my first torch, so hopefully the battery should last longer between charges.NOTE : I placed the battery from the second torch in the charger and it did not appear to work. Only after close examination did I spot that the battery was shrink wrapped, and the covering was smooth with no obvious sign of the wrap. A snip with some small scissors and the covering came off and the battery charged with no issues So, for those (like me) that think the battery is faulty, check for the shrink wrap before complaining.
