I have used this serum from Skinmedica for over 10 years. This serum when it arrived has an off smell and its not white as it usually is. Texture is not the same either. I would not buy it again.

The product seems legit. I was first introduced to the product as a sample from a reputable retailer and wanted to buy it, but not at the listed price. I took a chance and ordered it through Amazon at a considerably less cost. When I received the product it looked like the sample and had the same tingly sensation when applied as the sample, so it leads me to believe the product is as promised. The only con I found was there is no tubing to dispense it, but if you do store it upside down, as another reviewer suggested, it will come out properly.
