Easy to swallow calcium tablets
These tablets are great for people who want to take a calcium supplement but have difficulty swallowing the usual large, chalky calcium pills that stick in your throat. These tablets are smaller than average and have a smooth coating that make them easy to swallow. I also like that vitamin D and magnesium are included. *NOTE:* these minis only have 300mg calcium per caplet, so be mindful when looking at price per pill information, as you need to take two of these to equal the dose of one regular calcium pill. So, they may not be as economical as they first seem.

The pills are very small so they are easy to swallow. You need to take two. I take one at different times of the day. No problems or stomach upset.
