Best sleep aid I’ve tried

It works
It works and it doesn’t make you feel drowsy. I go to sleep in 30’, and also have no issues waking up in the middle of the night when my kids need me, and then going back to sleep. The smell is strong, but you just pop it in your mouth and swallow it quickly and problem solved.

I suggest buying these directly from the company.
This sleep formula usually works amazingly well BUT not this bottle.The most recent bottle I purchased smells and looks nothing like the first bottle I took. The pills usually smell awful but the pills in this bottle smell like Peppermint tea. Also, these pills are a different color...more gray than brown. Has someone been tampering with this product? I wasted my money! I will buy these directly from the company, not through Amazon! Amazon will not accept a return.

Did not help with sleep
I ordered this for my husband. He keeps waking up in the middle of the night and not able to go back to sleep. This didn’t make any difference.
