<p>Mouth wash to help fight bacteria that cause bad breath, plaque & tooth decay. rinse mouth with 10ml to 15ml of chlor-rinse for up to 30 secound. force the liquid in between your teeth and swirl around your gums before spitting out. do not dilute or swallow use morning and night after meals or as directed by your dentist throat gargle to help relieve and soothe oral discomfort gargle gently with 10ml to 15ml for up 30 seconds ensure liquid reaches area of oral discomfort before spitting out.repeat every four hours and consult your doctor, dentist or pharmacist ifsymptoms persist</p>
