Although this product is going to be a Christmas gift for my 3 year old grandson, I am positive he is going to love the noise factor. When I say noise, do not think of a continuous irritating noise. It reminds me of the days of real pinball machines and the noises those machines made. The product is quality, not those cheap flimsy plastic marble track products. I was so happy to see this product is durable. Side note: there is a switch you can move to shut down the noise.

Grandson has not yet played with this item, it's for Christmas. But upon arriving, I tested it to see how it will work and I think it will be great. Each time a marble rolls across the activator a sound is made for a few seconds. It will add a lot of fun.

After you've mastered some amazing configurations, these sound modules are a fun add-on. I just grabbed the Wacky Sounds for now. You get 2 in a pack, and the sounds are random, so you get different effects as the marbles pass, along with flashing lights. Since these are very short bursts of battery usage, my guess is the batteries should last long. Super easy to install whether you're building a run from scratch or simply want to swap an existing part out for a sound module. I hope the Marble Genius folks bring out more unique add-ons!

We got this for our 4 year old for his birthday to add to his existing marble track. It adds another component to the marble track that is fun and is easy for him to integrate without too much effort. He likes the sounds and lights. They would be a little cooler if the lights changed colors or something but we can live without that.

I had got this for Christmas for my son. He loves it! He attaches it to his marble run and loves the sounds. It comes with 2 of them. I am very happy I got this. Very pleased.

The media could not be loaded.  It's just a simple piece that comes with the batteries included. You have to switch it on and off, naturally. There's just a simple switch that gets tapped by every marble that passes by.I've attached a video that was intended to show off the chain-lift product, but I'd used this product as a part of the tower. So, every sound you hear in the video is from this piece.

My son has multiple building sets and their additions so we were pleasantly surprised to see them release something that he does not already have some variation of! You actually get two in each box and they fit perfectly with the rest of the Marble genius pieces. I was worried about the sound being a bit obnoxious but honestly it is a short cute sound that isn't too drawn out or loud. I would buy the others but they are currently sold out so I will be keeping watch for them. The only thing I am unsure of is battery life but if it dies quickly I will update

These work great and are stable and easy for the kids to assemble. Other accessories they offer don't, aren't and aren't. The other complaint was the selection of sounds in stock, and that both modules are the same sound. Many incongruities with marble genius.

These are fab and bought for marble run mad child but unfortunately for anyone wondering, they don’t fit with the John Lewis marble run. Unfortunately had to return
